Abstract

The aim of this paper is to provide Smart Electronics Shopping and Repair Platform as an integrated online system that is developed to enhance the efficiency and reliability of purchasing and maintaining electronic devices. This study addresses the critical challenge of insufficient and unreliable product information on existing e-commerce platforms, which often leads to ineffective user decision-making. The proposed platform provides comprehensive and accurate details, including technical specifications, pricing, warranty information, and verified customer reviews for products such as smartphones, smartwatches, and laptops.

The system was designed and implemented using a structured development methodology, employing HTML for front-end interface design, PHP for server-side processing, and SQL for database management. Emphasis was placed on usability, system performance, and data accuracy through systematic testing and validation processes. In addition, a dedicated repair module was incorporated to enable users to submit maintenance requests, thereby extending the platform’s functionality beyond conventional online shopping systems. The results indicate that TechNova significantly improves user experience by delivering reliable product information, simplifying the decision-making process, and increasing overall user satisfaction. Furthermore, the integration of repair services enhances platform effectiveness and promotes customer retention. The findings demonstrate that TechNova provides a robust, user-centered solution that effectively bridges the gap between product selection and after-sales support in the electronics domain.
