Like any new and newly used system, the CIMS system faces some obstacles that have a negative impact on university systems and workflow. Over the past two years since the implementation of the College of Information and Management system in applied universities, many of the problems associated with it have emerged, which led to the holding of many introductory and practical workshops for the possibility of repairing some of them or finding solutions to others.
In this research paper, we present the problems that appeared to academic advisors during the period of recording subjects and discuss them in order to obtain proposed compromise solutions to avoid their reappearance or to expand knowledge on how to solve them if they reappear. We conclude with the positives available in the system if it is free of any problems, then define a future outlook for the possibility of developing it for the benefit of work and reducing the burden on the academic advisor.
